The Art Of Mark Schultz

I loved this guy's style. He drew one kind of woman but he drew her very well. I first discovered his work through the combination of 50s cars/dinosaurs/ecology that he called 'Cadillacs and Dinosaurs' It was even a series on CBS Saturday Mornings back when cartoons were actually ON Saturday mornings.

His pencil work is stunning. Like Frazetta, the man was a master of his craft and to be able to stand toe to toe with a great like Frank is high praise for anyone. It almost ruins the pictures to add color to them.

It kinda reminds me of Sam Kieth's work

I love Mark Schult'z work. I have a collection of Robert E. Howard's Conan stories that he illustrated. Fantastic stuff!
