Will we know why he needs pants but no shirt? I am sure his legs are as hairy as his hind quarters so those jeans would be hot, especially in a fire in the woods. Plus why is he walking on two legs and not four like a real bear? And why can he talk? And where did he get that hat with his name on it? Smokey? Was that his name or did he name himself after he got the hat? Do you see what I am asking here?

Has to wear pants cause he can't tuck his lil' smokey up into his fur like Donald Duck can with his feathers.
Today Smokey would have 6-pack abs too.
I think this was concept art for that Smokey the Bear movie they tried to make back in the 80s with Lou Ferringno.
