I Could Watch This All Day Long
Where does one find a glorious food seller that would smother my food in delicious cheese from a melted wheel. THIS is why we have been building a civilization all this time.

A fine cheese making people. And they sheltered those damn Von Trapps during the war.
Oh holy shit. It's the Holy Grail of cheese. Me loves cheese. God bless them all who makes cheese. The French and Italians too.
PS I always thought Raclette was a french cheese.
It doesn't even matter what they put it over it looks that good.
