I am a huge fan of Mignola's work since back in the day. He did do Cosmic Odyssey which featured the New Gods so he would have done a great job on this story but it was never completed.

He was told for years that he shouldn't be in the comic business, then he created Hellboy and everyone changed their tune. Guess you just have to find your niche.
I loved him BEFORE Hellboy. He did the great Gotham by Gaslight, the FIRST real graphic novel that you had to buy in the comic book store. It's brilliant and forever made me a fan. Did you ever see THE ADVENTURES OF SCREW ON HEAD??? Great character and cartoon that deserves the live action treatment.
Yes, I have the one shot comic and the DVD. He said he creased screw on head as an action figure idea where you could buy different bodies that he would plug into.
Oh that would have been great. Emperor Zombie ect...
