I don't understand the need for these... I like them and they look beautiful, but why...? Is it because the originals look dated are are too lengthy for a younger generation? Is it so Disney can have new content at a fraction of the cost (none of that pesky writing is necessary)? Am curious as to the business thought process behind these...

Yeh, it uses the same dialogue but new animation that out of context are pretty confusing. I admire the experiment though but it's like going back to the well too many times.
