I really need to do more research on this guy. I have seen this painting everywhere on tumblr and its always got some LOL cat-like phrasing attached to it. Its a great self portrait by a guy who really looked like he knew how to have a good time. This is the best version I have found because you just know when he got all liquored up that he would say that exact thing to one of his drinking buddies.
