I Have Been So Good With My Sugar And My Diet
I didn't post higher than 10 today (Between 7 and 10 is normal). I don't drink anymore sugary pop or chocolate bars or chips or anything bad else for me. I hate it. I am suffering. I would kill for a Quarter Pounder with cheese or this bad boy right now. Can you get the shakes from depriving oneself from fast food? Tomorrow it is going to be a mess of hot wings with a nice Southwest salad with deli olives on the site.

My blood sugar levels have been going crazy these last few weeks (totally my fault) so I really admire how you've been able to keep yours in check. That's really awesome and inspiring! :)
I gave up eating white flour a year ago and I can walk past Krispy Kream donuts without getting the shakes so it is possible.
Thank my obsessive nature for how well I have been doing Catherine. Maybe I just like to deprive myself and need validation from that stupid glucose meter? Why can't I have so disease where sleep is the cure?
