Capitalism, Democracy, Human Rights, Code of conduct during War..is there anything humans can actually believe in these days? I have a feeling this century is gonna suck even more as time goes by.
I just wanna watch THE AVENGERS next year! Then I'm done, I don't care if the Mayans were right! I just need to watch that movie. =)

I totally agree with you Al. Human have been getting the screwgie this whole damn century. Worst beginning to a century EVER.
On the same track I too am hoping that the Avengers movie will rock. So many characters though. How will they all get the screen time they deserve. Am I wrong to even hope since THOR was pretty good?
Oh man, that Avengers movie just has to rock! This sort of "continuation" movie has never been done before, so I cant wait to see them pull it off.
Hmm, I dont know if they can give all the characters the good scenes that they deserve, like you said, but as long as you have Tony Stark and Thor in that movie I have a feeling it will be pretty cool. Also, the Capt.America movie is looking great, so that's another great character added in the mix. I have hope. =)

My basics faith have not been hurt by this century. Capitialism is an imperfect system that works better than most others. Socialism is a fine addition in moderation. A faith in God never hurts anything. So far I'm fine and dandy.

Josh Wedon is a genius who knows how to work with a large cast of characters. I love watching Thor work with Wasp on the Avenger's cartoon. Thor repects a woman who can hold her own in battle and she would be a good teacher in the ways of living on Earth. I hope they play up that dynamic in the Avengers. Lots of cool character moments to be mined from the personalities and quirks of that group of heroes.
I try to see things your way Laz. Like in the Billy Joel song, "The good old days weren't always good and tomorrow ain't as bad as it seems."

But hey, this century hasn't begun as badly as the last one. It's not like we've started it with a great big old war or anything...

I guess the more things change the more they stay the same. Humans are so predictable.
