You Can Get Them By The Case If You Want

Why does this seem like a monsterously bad idea to me?

I would think that you would like the guns in the crate, though, Cal. Winchester 1894's. Lever action, non-semi automatic, no high-capacity magazines... the cutting edge of 19th century technology. They are classic "cowboy" guns.

Assuming you can find and afford an original, you can even buy them through the mail in many states without going through an FFL - because they are considered (by people who write gun laws yet know nothing about guns) to be antique and outdated.
