Really got into Marvel Mego's after my first desert deployment overseas, but the Legends line has pretty much taken over my interest.
I have practically all the Hank Pym Legends/Universe figs (including the Giantman BAF), plus a few Avengers, MarVell (1st Kree uniform), Hydra and Doc Strange.
They're all pretty awesome.., love the FF, but haven't liked the FF sculpts at all surprisingly. They just don't say Silver or Bronze to me at all.
WISH I would have collected the P.A.C.K. figures back in the day, I remember 'em well. LOVE the Kirby art.
Those PACK figures were great. So many cool accessories and interesting characters. I had lots of Big Jim stuff and Dr Steer was a bad guy who came out before the PACK did. They are on my bucket list with Oscar Goldman.
I loved the early Legends stuff and have many of them. I wish I would have got the Giant Man and the Arim Zola build a figure as much as I hate the concept. They should have released them separately after the line had passed.

I'd love a Black Widow, but she's too expensive.. One of the two-pack ones, NOT the single pack one with the BIG swivel joint in her throat..
I paid a hundred for Giant-Man. He's heavy but worth EVERY penny. I love his fingers are separately articulated, so ol' Hank Pym can salute Jim Shooter for that miserable wife-beating storyline.
I got my Hawkeye from the Marvel Select line ~ A half-inch taller than Legends figures unfortunately, but he's perfect scale next to my Green Lantern from the O'Neil/Adams 'Travelers line' a few years back. Extremely awesome sculpt, much better than the Legends fig..
I forever stand vigilant to protect this planet from the myriad of forces that are always against us. Be it the octopus, zombies, aliens or the robots my team of human agents, and our feline allies, circle the globe in a never ending struggle for human freedom.
I learn all I can on every subject that interests me. I especially enjoy ancient history because in the past there are valuable lessons to be found. Also, if I ever get my time machine to work properly, it would be good to know a bit about possible destinations and what to expect when I get there.
I greatly appreciate beautiful design. Be it manufactured or found naturally I am fascinated by the process of invention. I am attracted to the unique, the strange, the haunted. I like to share what I find on this blog.
And not let us forget the 'Cephalopod Menace' who, if allowed to, would wrap their tentacles around all that is good and pure in this life and crush it until it remained no more. They are creatures of pure spite. Hate is all they know. Death is all they do. They are our most ruthless and determined enemy.
So we fight. Selena has the celebrity contacts, the cat is ruthless and without pity, Roosevelt's ghost has the experience and I do the wetwork.
Fighting for the future of the planet doesn't have to be a chore, however. We can take the time to appreciate all that is cool in this world even as we cut the octopus into bite sized chunks.
This is the reason there has always been and must forever be, a Cave of Cool. Be sure to wipe your feet before you enter.

Yeah, I have my eyes on Mr. Zola as well.

Oh wow! Great ads! That Uncanny X-Men ad brings me back! I remember being so happy to finally have a Storm figure.
I always look for the female characters in any line Miss M. When I look around my room here half my figures are girls. 50 of them.
I have a high class First Avengers set that comes with a GIANT MAN and an Ant man. I need to photograph that one tomorrow.
