It's documented that the younger crowd is needed to enroll and pay higher premiums enmass for the elderly to be covered, and that isn't happening yet.

I've talked to over a dozen elderly folks that are quite frankly very scared. Another early lie given was that pre-determined conditions would also be covered, that's no longer accurate.
