Debra She Who Seeks said...: The Nazi flag is illegal in Germany because post-war Germans ultimately recognized and took responsibility for their Nazi past. That has not really happened in the Southern US from anything I can see. Or at least not happened to a sufficient degree. If it had, then that flag would be illegal too.; June 24, 2015 at 8:30 PM
