Calvin's Canadian Cave Of Cool Manifesto
I forever stand vigilant to protect this planet from the myriad of forces that are always against us. Be it the octopus, zombies, aliens or the robots my team of human agents, and our feline allies, circle the globe in a never ending struggle for human freedom.
I learn all I can on every subject that interests me. I especially enjoy ancient history because in the past there are valuable lessons to be found. Also, if I ever get my time machine to work properly, it would be good to know a bit about possible destinations and what to expect when I get there.
I greatly appreciate beautiful design. Be it manufactured or found naturally I am fascinated by the process of invention. I am attracted to the unique, the strange, the haunted. I like to share what I find on this blog.
And not let us forget the 'Cephalopod Menace' who, if allowed to, would wrap their tentacles around all that is good and pure in this life and crush it until it remained no more. They are creatures of pure spite. Hate is all they know. Death is all they do. They are our most ruthless and determined enemy.
So we fight. Selena has the celebrity contacts, the cat is ruthless and without pity, Roosevelt's ghost has the experience and I do the wetwork.
Fighting for the future of the planet doesn't have to be a chore, however. We can take the time to appreciate all that is cool in this world even as we cut the octopus into bite sized chunks.
This is the reason there has always been and must forever be, a Cave of Cool. Be sure to wipe your feet before you enter.

... but with health issues... we won't be around for too much longer...
So my "Past" is about all Stacey has... our "Future" not looking so "good"...
So, we are determined to enjoy the Life that we have left...
I hope you live a long time still, my brother. But if the worse should happen. Make sure I get that SHOGUN WARRIOR. It would have a place of honor in the collection of cool.
Dear Sir ... sorry but II have already made arrangements to send "Raydeen" to "Brother Midnight" a very good guy... ( he is recovering from a recent stroke... and a couple of Christmas back he lost his Family , His Brother and his Son , he has no kids of his own...)
.. He even in an older post said that that figure , he would trade All of the McDonald's food in the world to own one... so My Dad agreed to mail it for me ... I cannot even afford postage...
so sorry to disappoint you ... but we will find some of my collection to send to you as well...
we are giving it to him as a Gift... it should really lift his spirits
His blog is "Green Plastic Squirt Gun"... and he is a good-hearted person... and deserves something "pleasant" in his life with all the recent miseries he has endured...
as for a "long Life" .... that would be rather bad... within just three years or a bit more we will be come bed-ridden... and my poor quality of life will not be enjoyable at all...
... that is when we we will think more about ending it...
... Not going to put my Sister through having to "tend" to her dying Brother...( She did that for Our Mom... sure some Friends and my Family will miss Stacey, but it will all be for the best....
Dr. Theda, honors to you for your attitude and character. I just
turned 65 and have a health issue that leaves me I figure about
7 or 8 years. Life becomes something very more precious. Good
fortune and thoughts to you. You are a mensch.
