He didn't start writing it until a few issues later, but #158 the beginning of his legendary run -- in which he, amongst other things, created Elektra and Stick -- that lasted until #191, four years later.

I agree. I have always thought that season three of Daredevil on Netflix should be BORN AGAIN, the best think Miller ever did. I even want NUKE at the end to show up with is American Flag face tattoo. The death of Karen Page, the outing of Matt, all orchestrated by the Kingpin.; February 10, 2018 at 10:22 AM
