Anyone who knows anything knows that there is no finer glass than Venetian glass. They perfected the techniques centuries ago. No one living today knows more about making glass art than Dale Chihuly. He has forgotten more about glass than anyone knows.

I saw his exhibit in Columbus around ‘99. Beautiful work.
I would have loved to see anything live. Any of his intallations are magical. I watch the PBS documetary of him creating pieces with his team at least every six months because I can watch those guys blow glass all day long. And NO, GLASS, is glass and not a guy named glass.
