i was watching some Ant-Man/Wasp movie reviews last night (gonna see it later today) and noticed these all these Solo movie review videos as well which in turn led to videos about fan commentaries about how much trouble the franchise was in. apparently Solo is officially a box office bomb and overall it seems that Rogue 1 is the only Star Wars movie since the original trilogy that seems to have largely escaped a great deal of harsh criticism by the fan base. the Star Wars brand is no longer enough to guarantee success at the box.

I wonder if it could do that.

And Solo got a real raw deal for some reason. It was a solid heist movie that dealt elegantly with the continuity they HAD to include in the story like Han and Chewiw and Lando and the Millenium Falcon. The Brand of Star Wars has been hurt by the weight of it's canon on all future films. That is why Rogue One was so good and fresh. Star Wars without a single lightsabre.
