This one too. Explain it to me. Does this kind of wheel chair/crocodile accident happen at the bottom of enough hills in Australia to call for a sign like this? I think people are just bringing their disabled relatives to the top of hills and disabling the brakes on their wheelchairs. Glad to see the government getting involved in this issue. Now people will know that it's wrong if they see it happening in front of them.

ANOTHER reason never to go to Australia.
Every single living creature on that continent is out to kill you all the time. It's crazy dangerous. My sister lost her computer when a little lizard got fried crawling inside it....and they had INSURANCE for that. Insane.
