I guess that ROBO program that they invested in WAS a good idea. I thought these robotic killing machines would go berserk and kill the whole town. Crime IS down and the children are still safe so I can't argue with the results. GO ROBOPUMA and his partner ROBODEER.

Hey, I checked out that list -- why are all 20 places in the 4 western provinces? Doesn't Ontario or Quebec have any crime? As if! Someone's always getting shot or run down in Toronto.
