As a former (long ago) Ph.D. candidate in symbolic logic, I would like to quibble with this list. These are not commandments of logic. Commandments of logic look like this:

⊢:p ∨ p .⊃ .p
p.q .=. ∼(∼ p ∨∼q)

These are really rules of decent human behavior. Distorting someone's viewpoint to win an argument, for instance, has nothing to do with logic, and is in fact far more like walking up to someone and punching them in the face for no reason. People who violate these rules need a session with Miss Manners far more than they need an explanation from Kurt Godel.
