But they let him pay with his BUS PASS! Who issues a bus pass to this creature? What about rider safety? I can see how you could be forgiven for issuing a bus pass to someone who then goes on a rampage and kills everyone on the bus. You didn't know he was a psycho when you did that. He looked like a nice quiet boy. BUT YOU CAN SEE THIS OCTOPUS IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY but still you give him free access to your public transportation. You deserve what is sure to happen and the lawsuits that will result.
