Spartacus - War Of The Damned - Episode Six

More of the same bloodletting with a particular focus on my favorite character in this entire arc - Gannicus, the God of the Arena. The way he rescues not only himself but two others from a city full of Roman Soldiers is the kind of action tableaux that this series does at it's best. It's a ballet of death, from horseback against Julius Freakin' Caesar (I love his salad) with an ending that makes me happy I still have two more episodes in my queue ready to be watched. I thought this was the end of Gannicus but he pulled it out once again, which makes me hopeful that his TRUE death in this series will be one of epic proportions as befits his character.
