I was at Toys R Us this afternoon because they are having a half price sale on all their Monster High figures. The stack was pretty much picked over when I saw this beauty. I have no Scarah Screams (daughter of the Banshee) in my collection so I had to grab her.
When I was looking in the action figure aisle this old guy was standing at the racks looking perplexed. He was holding two of those Avengers: Super Hero Mashers sets that allows you to put Hulk's head on Wolverine's body and vice versa. He asked is wife who was standing with him if he should get one or two. I just piped in and said, "You have to get at least two. That's the point. So he can mix the pieces and create a whole new character. If you get him just one he will only be able to make that one character." He looked at me for a second and replied, "You are right. Maybe two isn't enough." He left with four of them after we talked more about action figures. I wish I had my camera phone to capture that moment. He was going to be Grandfather of the Year when the grandson gets those presents.
