Goofy but visually spectacular. I am surprised he never got his own action figure. These are all customs. He seems like the perfect numnut to oppose the action of that cranky duck, Howard. Think of him as the anti-Doctor Doom - all bluster but poses little threat to anything except for property.

Must grab that she-hulk/howard story arc..
along with rocket raccoon howard the duck were probably the two things Bill Mantlo ever helped come up with I could care less about. hard to believe that rubbish came from the guy who gave us ROM spaceknight, The Micronauts and all those awesome HULK stories.
Rom will get his due one day. You best believe that.
