Clearly the worst song Johnny Cash ever sang. I heard it many times as a kid because my dad loved his Country and Western songs. So when anyone calls me a rebel I always say that I am a rebel like Johnny Yuma was a rebel and NO ONE gets the reference. But it's a horrible song.

Clearly the worst song Johnny Cash ever sang. I heard it many times as a kid because my dad loved his Country and Western songs. So when anyone calls me a rebel I always say that I am a rebel like Johnny Yuma was a rebel and NO ONE gets the reference. But it's a horrible song.

Pretty cool TV show too when I was a youngster. Nick Adams I think.
Johnny Yuma had a show? Was he a rebel on that one too? I have to research that.
The show was called The Rebel and it was pretty damned solid. I've been getting into the half-hour western TV format shows from the 60's and The Rebel joins Have Gun Will Travel in the 'great' category.
