But Not In Canada Because Canada Is Racist

The original 1933 King Kong is roaring and rampaging its way back to movie screens across the country this March -- something it hasn't done in 64 years! Fathom Events and the TCM Big Screen Classics series are giving the legendary adventure its first nationwide theatrical release since Dwight D. Eisenhower was president. More than 600 movie theaters across the country will play King Kong for one day only: Sunday, March 15.

I wonder if they will add the famous scene where the sailors get devoured by giant spiders that was cut from many theatrical releases because it freaked audiences out so much. One of the most memorable movie experiences in my life was seeing this picture during a Saturday matinee on the Base. If you live near one of the theaters where they are showing this, find a couple of kids in your life and expand their knowledge of great movie history.
