David Hemblen was one of those actors who did a lot of Canadian productions including my beloved - Earth Final Conflict. He also played Lord Dredd on the Canadian childhood favorite - Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future.

I still have my Captain Power spaceship and VHS tape to play along with. I haven't played it since I was a teenager. Maybe it's time to break it out again.
Such great toys and the effects were pretty advanced for a Canadian kid's show.
