I am pretty stoked that my favorite Asian actress Zhang Ziyi (Crouching Tiger/Hidden Dragon - House of Flying Daggers) will be in a live action version of female folk hero/warrior Mulan. The film will be directed by Jan Debolt. Thanks to Dezmond of Hollywood Spy for getting the news to me first.
