I Am Gonna Have To Call 'Shenanigans' On This One
Fifteen-year-old Regina jumps her cow Luna in Traunstein, Germany. The Bavarian girl loves hunter-jumper show riding, but couldn’t afford a horse.

Aren't horses cheaper than cows? I suppose you can at least eat the cow if it's no good at jumping..
Its really surprising now much air a full grown cow or bull can grab when they want to. I've seen adult bulls weighing a ton jump a chest high barbed wire fence when properly motivated.
Can't say it would be anything like a comfortable ride for the rider, though.
