In the new track, Cyrus and Bieber sing about approaching girls in a club.
She sings, "I came up in the party, time to twerk/I came up in the party and I’m turnt (sic)."
The track was orchestrated by Bieber's friend Lil Twist.
Bieber isn't the only superstar Cyrus has recently collaborated with, she has also reportedly teamed up with Kanye West for a remix of his song Black Skinhead.
Now where is a gun toting maniac when we REALLY need one??

Okay, I get it than when you're a child star you probably feel like you need to do something at some point to get people to realize you're not that little tyke from ten years ago anymore, but c'mon, there's a smart way to go about it (Daniel Radcliffe in Equus) and then there's the train wreck way. Henceforth to be known as the Miley way.
I think she is jealous of Amanda Bynes. Miley's voice is weak enough already. She doesn't need the negative press that this release will bring.
