Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon : Sword Of Destiny

I loved the first Crouching Tiger movie very much. I was the film that got me into these Chinese historical dramas in a big way. Love the Wuxia combat and the wire work and the gorgeous filmmaking. Few swords are also as cool as the Green Destiny. My love of this movie shows in the action figures that I paid all of FIVE dollars for each at the dawn of the EBay.

I liked the first one too. Interesting that the sequel is being released on Netflix.

Hmmm...
The original was a fantastic movie that told a complete story and I'm not sure if it needs a sequel. And I don't have Netflix. Bah! But, it does feature the wonderful Michelle Yeoh, which is always a good thing...

It in no way needs a sequel. This reeks of 80s sequelistus. But I love this stuff.

Super amped for this movie! Loved Michelle Yeoh in the first one, very curious to see what her character's been doing.
