He negotiated a deal with Russian oil giant Rosneft to provide access to lucrative oil resources in the Arctic. A 500 billion dollar deal. Such duchebaggery I have never seen as far as American politics are concerned. No conflict of interest there. The republican congress is set to take up how to get around sanctions against Russia, so Tillerson can effect and profit from the largest oil deal in history.; December 21, 2016 at 12:42 PM
