Was this a domestic abuse situation, where he was dangling the kid over the edge in order to threaten the woman (presumably the kid's mother)? That's what it looks like to me. I read an article that said that the other guy on the balcony was holding on to the kid's arm so he wouldn't fall, but he didn't want to try to pull him in because he was afraid he wouldn't be able to do it without dropping him. He was allegedly telling the kid to try to shimmy closer when Mamoudou sprang into action.; May 31, 2018 at 11:29 AM
