YIKES, I guess the hills still have eyes. All they need is a bus to drive around the country and you got your own built in freak show. At least they will save on Halloween costumes because they are trick or treat ready 24/7/365

They are the reason neighbors keep shotguns by the door. And a baseball bat for the youngins.
from the looks of the faces on those kids i'd say maw and paw was related!

If you looked at this picture at all you can tell they all have specific features which manifest in certain syndromes.
In those days if any child was born with a physical.abnormality, physical/ mental delay, disability or mental illness, they would all be sent to a home or hospital. These places kept these babies, children and adults a majority of them died in these places.
They could not help how they were born, you however chose to be an A hole when you posted this pic to make fun of them.
