Ooh! My next house!
After I finish buying Manhattan, bulldozing it and planting apple trees.
I think I'd have to be a James Bond villain to have such a cool hang out. I'm happy for someone.
MD. Do you know how long it will take those apples trees to produce fruit? I suspect you don't.
But I KNOW you are knowledgable on the current price of glue or those sniffable markers.
Chaka - and wouldn't it be cool if the whole thing could just launch into space at the end?
All that money and the owners are still watching Meet Joe Black on basic cable (tsk tsk)...
You can take the boy out of the country....
It'll probably take longer to bulldoze Manhattan than it will to have apple trees that produce their first fruit. Bulldozing Manhattan and getting the soil ready for planting will take longer than 6 years.
I don't buy glue or markers. I take them from the supply room at work.
Well of course it will take a long time. You gotta get rid of all the people and all their shit. I do, however, admire your for the research you have already done on this project. To know how long it would take to start seeing those apple profits roll in is commendable.
