What is everyone looking at? The people in the back aren't looking at the girl in the foreground which would make sense if they just left the mostly drunk bottle of Fanta at her study desk. Why does she have such a horrified look on her face? What the FUCK is going on here. Someone please tell me. It's making me crazy.

I don't know, but I think it has something to do with that Fanta.
They're laughing because they replaced her regular drink with Fanta, and she's startled to find the drink she loves is Fanta. Normally she drinks scotch.
There's a joke in Japan that Fanta makes a large tail grow out your backside, which is what the others are looking at. The drink has been drunk, she's horrified because she feels the tail growing. Classic Asian/dragon cultural reference.
(sorry- I totally made that up.)

Ricky - you may have made that up but it makes PERFECT sense to me when one speaks of Japan. It's like they are speaking a different language over there.
TS - If they replaced her drink with Fanta then why AREN'T the background kids even looking at her to catch her reaction?
The people in the background slipped a Roofie in her drink and are waiting for it to take effect. Judging by the look on her face, it just kicked in and she knows what's coming...
