January 1st starts the prequel to the much enjoyed 'Spartacus - Blood and Sand'. With the loss of their star from the first series due to cancer treatment the producers decided to go back to the rise of the house of Batiatus - the gladiator training facility made famous in the first serious. I am looking forward to this one very much. Sex and blood and bad feelings. What more can you wish for?
