Canada vs USA
It's appropriate that I found these tonight since I just watched Canada wax the USA in a semi-final game for the World Junior Hockey championships. Best hockey in the world. Tomorrow we play the Russians for the Gold.
These are from a manga series called Hetalia: Axis Powers Vol. 2 where each character is named after a nation of the world. The relationships between characters reflect real life geopolitical connections. It's hilarious how true these observations are.
"Instead, Himaruya explores Greece and Japan’s relationship (And Turkey’s interference with it), Lichtenstein and Russia’s relationships with their sisters, America and Japan’s attempts to understand one another’s cultures, England and France’s rivalry over which of them will become little America’s big brother in the 17th century, and a couple of pieces about how everyone either ignores Canada or mistakes him for America (Cuba, for example, loves Canada and hates America, but has trouble distinguishing them.)"

That's pretty awesome. I don't generally care for manga, but that's a cool idea.
The characters and story just write themselves, don't they? For example I know enough to stay far away from Germany during her PMS days. She just just might go on the march and bitch slap your buddy Poland.
That's true about Canada. I don't know if I'd describe the USA as "youthful" anymore. It strikes me as a country in its middle age nowadays, but maybe that's just me.
