Moments after that picture was taken the kitty got himself out of the headlock and attacked the kid. The kid lost an eye in the attack and the kitty had to be put down.
Or the parents rescued the kitty and they're both fine now and leading healthy and productive lives. Take your pick.
I know for a fact, MD, that the outcome was a police inquiry where the SWAT team sniper was cleared of all charges for the death of the 'Kitty Strangler'.
I assume D.I. that the titles of 'princess' and 'empress' are only due to one cat being younger than the other.
I feel badly for the headlock kitty, but I also know for a fact that I used to carry an orange cat around just like that when I was a toddler so it's a bit hypocritical of me to feel that way.
I also used to stuff the cat into a tiny kid-size shopping cart.
Amazing thing was that this cat was a real huntress--taking down mice, moles, owls, gophers, you name it.
But despite the torture I put her through, she submitted to it meekly and never once scratched or bit. She was a lovely cat.
I forever stand vigilant to protect this planet from the myriad of forces that are always against us. Be it the octopus, zombies, aliens or the robots my team of human agents, and our feline allies, circle the globe in a never ending struggle for human freedom.
I learn all I can on every subject that interests me. I especially enjoy ancient history because in the past there are valuable lessons to be found. Also, if I ever get my time machine to work properly, it would be good to know a bit about possible destinations and what to expect when I get there.
I greatly appreciate beautiful design. Be it manufactured or found naturally I am fascinated by the process of invention. I am attracted to the unique, the strange, the haunted. I like to share what I find on this blog.
And not let us forget the 'Cephalopod Menace' who, if allowed to, would wrap their tentacles around all that is good and pure in this life and crush it until it remained no more. They are creatures of pure spite. Hate is all they know. Death is all they do. They are our most ruthless and determined enemy.
So we fight. Selena has the celebrity contacts, the cat is ruthless and without pity, Roosevelt's ghost has the experience and I do the wetwork.
Fighting for the future of the planet doesn't have to be a chore, however. We can take the time to appreciate all that is cool in this world even as we cut the octopus into bite sized chunks.
This is the reason there has always been and must forever be, a Cave of Cool. Be sure to wipe your feet before you enter.

Oh, that poor kitty in the headlock! I feel guilty for laughing.
The pic with the kitty in a headlock pisses me off.
Me too. Where the hell is the parent or the person taking the picture. That is why I called SCORPION on the kid.

Not really Cal. Godzuki is the Empress of Iztapalapa and Anakin is the princess of the house.
My other cat, Miguelón, is a slumcat.
I always knew you had a big heart.
Horrible the way that child was making that cat suffer.
I'm going to sit in my fridge. I need to give up the noms.
These are hilarious. Love the captions.
