Sheldon - "No."
Amy - "It's fascinating work. I recently taught a Capuchan monkey to smoke cigarettes."
Sheldon - "Have you learned anything?"
Amy - "Yes. He looks much cooler than the non-smoking monkeys. Although it's not much of a contest. The other monkeys just sit around and masturbate."
Funniest episode of this show EVER! This show is really firing on all cylinders now.

While I avoid canned laughter like the plague, I caught a few minutes of this last week. Is that f'ing Blossom?

It was definitely a very funny, excellent episode...but it didn't quite clear the bar set by Penny's Christmas gift to Sheldon back in Season Two...or the first appearance of Evil Wil Wheaton.
The look on Penny's face when Amy dropped her 'rumors' on her were priceless.
