I still remember when B&W TV was all there was. Love it. Is that a cat in the backround of that pic with Liberace?

The picture above Johnny Cash is also excellent. Good lighting, lots of interesting textures. And she's pretty. Good enough.

By the way, all you need to sound really arty when you look at B&W is these 3 words: texture, tonality, and atmosphere. Just practice using them in various combinations in an "art-snob" voice.

Also, the zebra pic. WTF?
