Of course I would have to cover the walls with action figures in package to create a 'look' all my own but I could easily live in something tiny like this. I really don't need a lot of space.

I live in a 500sq.ft loft apartment myself and love it. It does require living with a small footprint, but I'm okay with that. I won't have a lot of crap to haul when I eventually move.
Cal, I'd be exactly the same way.. I had a 10x18ft room in Kuwait, had the best damn Keith Richards shrine up, and a few MIB megos purchased off eBay.
I'd actually LOVE to get rid of my home and move into a really small apt or something (well, larger than aluminum box with a door and window I just mentioned I had on base in Kuwait...), except for storing my proud collection (much smaller than yours sir..), I wouldn't need much space at all.
Maybe everyone reaches a point where they want to just settle into their little comfy cave...of cool.
