I tried to leave a comment for Octopunk at the Horrothon site but was unable to. I had to show these Lego creations however because it reminded me that you don't have to only make what is on the cover of the LEGO box. I just realized you can mix and match the pieces anyway you want to. Stupid Lego made me forget that for a second.

Glad you posted this! He's my good friend, and he's been a Lego master as long as I've known him. His personal collection of Lego is mind-boggling, and he's got a lot of other work up on websites and in contests and other places.
I have to explore that. I thought these were pretty cool and worthy of blatant theft.
