Cultural Compulsive Disorder

I have a dream. One day I would love to go to a comic convention. I am usually terrified of big crowds so the thought of spending days in that kind of a crushing environment would be something I would actively try to avoid. However, my connection with the boys at Cultural Compulsive Disorder means that one day I could actually travel to New York City for the New York ComiCon. It's one of the big ones and I would love to got to New York City for all the other cool things that the city has to offer.

I look at these great cosplay pictures and imagine myself sitting there and watching the whole parade move past me. Thanks to Mike D and the boys for letting me write for their site and be a small part of the adventure. I hope you all will take the time to check the CCD out.

One of these days I am going to do my own Cosplay outfit! One that has never been done before.

I'd love to hit one of the west coast Comic Cons too, but every time I'm in California, I end up in Disneyland instead.

I'd love to attend a comic convention as well, and as an artist it may be necessary even more necessary. Its my irrational fear of crowds thats been holding me back.
