Kal said...: I really have tuned the haters out by this time. I appreciate any new visit to Peter Jackson's interpretation of a much loved classic. Both will be seen as such in years to come. Why he expanded the story will be something that will be fun to discuss with students some day. After they read the book and then watch the films. Does the extra stuff take away or add to the whole experience. I say it adds to it. Fleshes out the world and the entire LOTRs saga.; October 1, 2013 at 6:27 PM
