There is a great interview with the new creative team involved in this new Batgirl series. I love the look of the costume and am jazzed to be able to have a new team interpret the character I love in a fresh way. Batgirl always had her place in the Batman Universe so I hope they exploit her rich history to the fullest while showing off how cool Batgirl can be while in full kick-ass mode.

I love the look of this series. It just looks so fun and all ages-appropriate. The costume also looks great, being practical without being all armor plates and stitch lines.
I got a real chuckle out of the way they explain that its leather and not shrink-wraped boobs.
It's nice to see someone excited about the character and I approve of the costume myself. It will looks so good on some cute cosplayer who is TODAY starting to make her costume. I love this Golden Age.
As a huge, huge, HUGE Batgirl fan, I'm really liking this redesign. Looks great (I like the use of a jacket and a snap on cape). Excited to see how this works out.
I really like the current look too, but change just means more cool Batgirl merchandise for me to buy!
Just as bad as Supergirl's crappy redesign in the 90s. Same damn boots, too.
See, and I liked that Supergirl too. I never thought of the Action Figure potential BBQ 17. I pick up every variation of the character I can find and I would love one that is outfitted like this.
Love this more and more each time I see it.
