Classic Olympic Games Posters

I have always been a huge fan of art and design, especially when it come to Olympic Posters. In 1972 we visited the Olympic Games site just after the games had ended since we lived in Europe at the time and I begged my Dad to buy me this poster because I loved the look of it so much. It hung in my room for years.

 

Of the rest of these I love the older posters best. There was a real art to it back in the day. I would love to be on the committee that goes through all the submissions and chooses the posters for the various sports at the Games. I am always fascinated what the human imagination can come up with.
