These dolls represent a time when Michael was at the height of his popularity and I suspect most people would choose to only remember him as he was during this era as opposed to what he became in later years. Who knew? But you can see how iconic even the clothing he wore has become. Hard to deny his global celebrity. Maybe once in a generation do we see a person like that.

Nice post man. Absolutely hilarious and very nostalgic for me as I was about the age of the kids in this commercial at the time and absolutely head over heels for anything and everything Michael Jackson... and breakdancing too. And Star Wars of course :D
As I remember the advertised the doll as being anatomically correct.

I actually have one of those in storage. God, I wonder what they're going for on eBay these days....
