Doom's biggest problem is that he has to obsessively micro-manage everything. He should just let the people he hired, do their jobs. Would it kill Doom to allow a occasional casual Friday around the castle? Those cloaks get hot in the Latverian summer. Also, threatening to kill us all in the morning is doing NOTHING for employee morale.
