I don't know if this is a real show because the reinactments are acted so badly. Remember what they tell you on the commercial, buddy. FOUR HOUR erections are not normal so you need to seek medical help. Who would wait four hours? I think after thirty minutes any man would know that something is not right.

Based on this caliber of acting, I think I know why they mute the dialogue on similar shows like "1000 Ways to Die".
To quote Garry Shandling: "If I have an erection that lasts longer than four hours my doctor is the last person I'm gonna call!"
