Trask Industries, the creators of the Sentinels, the massive robots that hunt down and destroy most all of the mutants in the future now have their web page up and running for the movie that is being released until next summer. The future is a apocalyptic hellscape because when the Sentinels were done with the mutants, they turned their mechanical programming towards the supressing of normal humans. Stopping Trask from ever building these robots in the first place will be Logan's mission in the next chapter of the X-men movies - Days of Future Past. It involves time travel like in the classic 2 issue comic series and will unite the characters from X-men First Class with their older counterparts. There is a lot of ways that this can go wrong but director Bryan Singer seems to know this universe from the two X-men movies he has already made.
WELCOME TO TRASK INDUSTRIES
Founded by Bolivar Trask in 1967, Trask Industries was built on the philosophy of advancing human progress through technology and genetics. Our early research led to the revolutionary development of DNA-Generated Prosthetics. Since then, Trask Industries has taken the lead in genetics-based defense technology with our Mutant Detection Device and Sentinel program. We’ve partnered with international governments to ensure that any threat to human extinction is preemptively neutralized. With Trask Industries, you can rest assured that the future of humanity is in safe hands.
You know the script is up to snuff if Peter Dinklage signed on to play the villain of the piece - Boliver Trask.
